Welcome to the 4th International Encuentro of Tango Milonguero in Buenos Aires – 9 to 15 August 2010.
Join us for a week of classes and guided practicas with milongueros and Argentina's best milonguero-style teachers. In addition there'll be milongas with exhibitions, live music and great DJs and a chance for intimate conversation with milongueros and milongueras who carry the history and traditions of tango in their hearts.
Immersion courses, exceptional teaching and unique learning experiences along with balanced partners and small class numbers make this a special and unmissable event. In addition, in 2010 we'll pay homage to two grand maestros who are no longer with us, Carlos Gavito and Ricardo Vidort. We'll have the opportunity to work on elements of their material with teachers who knew them and their techniques, thus keeping alive some of the legacy they left behind that is so important to the world of tango.
With our objective in mind of bringing together milongueros from all over the world, we look forward to seeing you in August!
